Come one come all to hogsmeade newest store the muggleway! A new store opened this week that, for those who are unable to experience the muggle world you can get food, drinks and entertainment the way non magical users do it. An interesting idea to say the least, but not bad at all.
The past week has been a grim one. Since the last paper release we have discovered that the 5 attacks were caused by a werewolf with the believed intention of spreading the virus. While two of the earlier victims in hogsmeade were able to be detained upon conversion due to being in medical wards, the third did not seek official help and thus attacked three other people before being caught by authorities with the help of hogwarts staff. The original infector has believed to have moved further inland. Unfortunately a first year student, Georgia Hellsing, was the last victim in the attacks and passed away from her wounds. A private funeral was held last night.
Our reporter respectively went to speak with the family who were considering legal action against the school for allowing their daughter to be able to be harmed in such a way that death occurred, Mr. Hellsing said "we knew the school was dangerous but we were assured that she would have been safe there. She had only been there a week and she was already wanting to grow up to be a teacher there, but now she won't be able to grow up at all." A very serious alert to all those who think night walks are a peaceful and beautiful time, there have been a staggering amount of animal attacks during this year, a total of five attacks have been reported and all have taken place between the hours of 7pm and 11pm in the vicinity of hogsmeade. Though no reports give a definitive assailant, the following description has been issued to us.
The animal is believed to be the size of an average man. It is bipedal and fast moving. The creature seems to be an ambush predator and attacks from behind. So far no attacks have left any human fatalities, many livestock and pets have gone missing. Though with the invention of the moon calm potion it is believed that the assailant is unlikely to be a were wolf, but authorities say that it's not entirely impossible that an inflicted person is no longer on the medication. A small portion of our team here at wizarding world bi-weekly went over to the grounds of hogwarts, the well known school for teaching magic to young witches and wizards. Upon arrival, our journalist went straight to finding the headmaster Cadmus Malfoy to ask him about the new year and era at the school, the ever polite headmaster was more than happy to answer our questions.
Our journalist had heard that the headmaster is going ahead with new classroom set up, that the students from higher years shall be in classes with their lower years, our journalist asked if Mr. Malfoy if he thought it would be beneficial, "of course I think it's beneficial. .. it gives the students of higher years a chance to retrace their steps". The headmaster was adamant in his statement, entirely convicted that it is a great change "younger students, in return, gain a glimpse, an insight into the pressures and possibilities of their elders." The Headmaster also told us that "they have gained some new professors this year. .." he was very calm as he spoke, according to our journalist "several older professors indicated a desire to step down and work on private matters." He also has the highest hopes for the new professors. Mr. Malfoy seems to be a stern man, someone who takes his role seriously without a hint of prejudice. |
